c137 is an AI-powered assistant that helps you organize information, answer questions, and maintain a personal knowledge base. The Service includes:

  • AI-powered chat with context awareness and long-term memory
  • Automatic organization of conversations into topics and projects
  • Document and image upload and analysis
  • Artifacts — persistent work products (notes, plans, summaries)
  • Import of chat history from other AI providers
  • Customizable AI personality settings

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 16 years of age
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

c137 offers subscription plans with the following terms:

  • Free Trial: New users receive a 14-day free trial with limited usage
  • Paid Subscriptions: Billed monthly or annually as selected

No Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes monthly and annual subscriptions. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings:

  • Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation
  • After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted

6. Data Retention

Data retention varies based on your account status:

  • Free trial users (never subscribed): Data deleted 14 days after trial expires
  • Cancelled subscribers: Data deleted 30 days after subscription ends
  • Active subscribers: Data retained indefinitely

You may export or delete your data at any time through account settings.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Generate, store, or transmit illegal content
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
  • Use automated systems to abuse the Service
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code

8. AI Disclaimer

Important: c137 uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information.

c137's responses do not constitute professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). Always verify important information and consult qualified professionals for critical decisions.

You are solely responsible for how you use information provided by the Service.

9. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you upload or create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing the Service.

Service Improvement: You also grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use anonymized conversation data to improve our AI services. This data is stripped of personally identifiable information before use. You may opt out by contacting support@c137.ai or deleting your account.

Our Service: The c137 service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by c137 Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from AI-generated content

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless c137 Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Non-payment of subscription fees
  • Any reason at our sole discretion

You may terminate your account at any time through account settings.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be:

  • Governed by the laws of England and Wales
  • Subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
  • First attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
